Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I phoned Kim as she was the listing agent on a property I was interested in. I was unrepresented and immediately knew I liked how she works. She is imformative and knows her properties better than any other agent I've had exposure to in the past.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

We looked at only a few prior to finding the right one for me. I provided Kim with a list of what I was interested in. She sent me listings and I did some research too. I'm pretty proactive when it comes to everything so the search was short. She knew what I was looking for so that ruled out a lot of places as she knew they wouldn't work for me.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

A decision was made to make an offer and within 24 hours I was signing the paperwork. Her advice regarding the total price I should pay was great - she came up with the number through her experience while I did a complicated spreadsheet of sales research within that condo building - we came out with essentially the same number. I was impressed and happy. The deal was completed for exactly that amount.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

She was great and knew that I was a nervous first-time buyer. Assurances and her friendly demeanor go a long way in making someone feel at ease.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

The transaction closes in 6 weeks. Everything is going smoothly. I love the new place and it already feels like home.
