Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I met Kim 9 years ago at an open house she was putting on, after a brief conversation and a tour of the house I felt confident that she would be the agent we should use. She has always been helpful, resourceful, reliable and patient.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision? What initial steps were you taking at this time to find your new home, and how did Kim guide you in this?

Kim gave us a list of comparable houses that have sold in our area, that with her advice on what she thought we should list at helped us make our final decision. At this point we had already found and purchased our new home, which Kim helped us find and did an excellent job representing us during the purchase.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

Kim did an excellent job at the negotiation, she knew what we were willing to spend and ended up saving us a lot of money. She went well above and beyond our expectations.

What kind of guidance did Kim provide as you searched for a new home? Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim sent us new MLS listings that met our criteria every day, and when we saw something we were interested in, she was always available and on time to show us the house. When we found something we were seriously interested in she would provide us with comparables for the area, and counsel us on the steps that we would need to take next.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

Kim did an excellent job during the negotiations, she asked us what we had to spend, what we wanted to spend and advised us on what she thought would be a reasonable offer and why.

How did both the final sale of your old home and the purchase of your new one go? Is there anything that Kim did during the entire process that you particularly appreciated?

The entire process went extremely well, its nice to have an agent working for you who you totally trust and makes you feel at ease with the decisions you are making. Kim never pressured us and was always available no matter how long it took for us to find the house that was right for us.
