Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Kim was a referrral from a client/friend of mine. It was a very pleasant first impression. Kim was/is a very personable woman, very professional in manner and demenour. She made us feel at ease right away.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

At first we were all over the place. Kim helped us narrow our focus on the type of residence we were looking for. After that we were better able to focus on the area that suited us both.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim's extensive experiece in the residentail market enabled us to make an educated informed offer resulting in a very positive outcome.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

We had lost many homes to bidding wars. Some of which we participated in and some we didn't. Kim's input was invaluable in determining what was good value for our dollar. Her tought process allowed us to focus on the present, but also consider the future value of our home given such things as neighbourhood,amenities,proximity to transit and saftey.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

We haven't moved in yet but we are very exicted and anxious to take possession in the coming weeks.
