Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

We met Kim during an open house visit, from speaking with her it was clear that she was very knowledgeable about the market in Roncesvalles, High Park, Parkdale and Bloor West. She was open and honest with her opinions which was helpful in a real estate environment where you have so many agents to choose from but few offer real advice on neighbourhoods and what each has to offer.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

We have been looking for a long time but Kim never made us feel that we were not a priority whenever we wanted to see an open house. Kim always made herself available and showed us the same enthusiasm and energy at every open house we went with her. We were interested in moving into a bigger space, staying near downtown and with the same neighbourhood vibe as Liberty Village. Kim helped us narrow down our choices by her understanding what each neighbourhood had to offer and what price range we needed to consider in order to find the home that we were looking for.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim provided us with references to inspectors and provided her thoughts and gave us facts on the comparables that sold so that we had an idea of what the offer would have to be.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

Kim provided us with her experience and knowledge of how the bidding wars worked, what we needed to do and her thoughts on what the right price would be to begin the offer. She negotiated on our behalf and always represented our interests first.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

Great! We close in a couple of weeks and I'm really happy we finally found the home in the right neighbourhood.
