Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

She was referred by friends who had worked with her. She was friendly, approachable and reassuring. We liked her immediately.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

Kim was enormously helpful. I most appreciated how she never pressured us into buying any property, and in fact let us know that some properties were not even worth looking at. Over time, she came to know us as a family, and treated us in the most lovely way possible.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim helped negotiate the selling price, and was great at connecting us with a lawyer as well.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

As above, Kim was central to our successful negotiation. She gave us great advice, helped gather all kinds of information, and generally was very very helpful.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

We're not there yet! But overall, I feel that Kim could not have been better as a realtor. We are already recommending her to our friends, and we feel very lucky to have found her!
