Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

We were introduced by an ex client of Kims who is a friend of mine, purely as an initial introduction. He had been very impressed by the way Kim had helped him purchase his house, and thought that we should meet.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

I was looking for development a property, with a pretty tight budget. Kim helped me refine the areas of town where this could be possible.

She got me appointments to see the house, provided detailed information about the neighbourhood and the potential therein. She also handled the bidding and offer process.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

There were no negotiations, they accepted my bid.
