Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

We were passing by an Open House and she was showing the property. It was completely by chance but when I met her she treated us with respect and was the type of person I immediately felt confidence in and knew I wanted to assist me when I was ready to buy my first house.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

One of the things I liked most about working with Kim was simply the independence I had in searching out homes in the Toronto area from a database of possibilities within our established price range and characteristics.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Finding the house took some time as we had no pressure to move, but once we found it not only did she assist with all of the steps within the negotiation but also provided recommendations for respectable and honest individuals who helped me with the inspection, insurance for an older knob and tube home, and reasonable legal fees.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

The most important point for me within the negotiation process was the complete trust I felt for Kim's ability to find the best deal for us. The research I had done told me that working with us was a very small commission for her but the time she spent with us and the warm attitude with which she worked made us feel that we were of equal importance to any of her other clients. It also showed me that she could afford to walk away from the deal if it wasn't the best for us at the end of the day.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

We love our new home. It is an older home and I can say with certainty that the patience and continued allure of our home's character is due to the excellent preparation our agent gave us before walking into such an important purchase and lifestyle change.
