Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

We first met Kim at her office on Bloor Street West. She was very helpful and informative. It helped to give us confidence in our choice to select her as our realtor for our first home purchase.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

Kim helped us to learn what to look for when we looked at houses. She gave us her honest opinion about her perception of a house's structure and potential. Our first outing with her was a whirlwind of 8 homes in an afternoon, but it was fun and helpful. Kim helped us to realize what we really did want compared to what we thought we wanted in our first home.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim helped us to realize that learning about the neighborhood is just as important as the house. She gave us some excellent advice on what to consider in liking a house and its neighborhood. She also helped us to locate a property inspector and helped us throught that process, explaining what the of the inforamation that the property inspection meant.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

She was quick to find us comparable sales in the area when we did decide to put an offer in. She also provided her professional advise and market experience to help us determine an offer price. Kim also helped us through walking out of a bidding war and then finally provided some great assistance on negotiating a final deal for our new/old home.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

Everything went smoothly. With her help, we returned prior to closing with an electrician to make plans for some electrical upgrading. Our house closed on the expected date and we have been working hard to update and renovate our home. Kim's housewarming basket was a welcome surprise.
