Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

We were referred to Kim by friends who bought a house with her a few years ago. At our first meeting, Kim indicated that she builds long-term relationships with her clients by assuring that they receive professional help buying or selling a house. Kim listened to us, in terms of our parameters for buying a home, and she sent us home with several listings to look at. In addition, she answered all our questions and concerns. It was evident that Kim was experienced and knowledgable, and we were certain that Kim would help us buy our first house.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

It was evident that Kim was very knowledgeable about real estate and houses. We felt certain that we made the right choice to work with her as an agent. Kim gave honest feedback about the houses we looked at, which helped us critically examine each property. We were most interested in buying a house with an income property, in our price range, and in the downtown west end of Toronto. Kim continued to show us houses that matched these parameters.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim arranged for us to bid on the house we were interested in the same day we saw it. She helped us negotiate a price lower than asking, and once the deal was secured, she provided us with referrals for home inspection and a lawyer.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

Not only did Kim help us buy a house for less than the asking price, she negotiated for a price reduction after we conducted a home inspection. Kim was supportive throughout the entire process.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

The closing of the deal went smoothly with Kim's help and support. We love our new house!
