Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I first met Kim through my sister-in-law. Our initial experience was very friendly, informative and positive.

When we first started looking at properties with Kim, she was very informative and knew the our area of interest very well. We were actually looking to lease a property but Kim quickly gave us a list of pros and cons with that. She directed us to a property for sale that suited our needs. She was very positive and helpful with the whole experience.

Kim provided us with tools to finalize the process. She recommeded a mortgage specialist and home inspector that were very professional and helpful with the process.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

Negotiations went well. Kim was always available for any questions or concerns that we had with the process.

Once we closed the deal, everything went well. Kim made the whole process and experience easy.
