Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I decided to call Kim when I put my house on the market. I knew her from the various signs on the street and from the ads in the papers. She was very familiar with the neighbourhood and proposed an approach and a price which turned out to be right formula.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?

She showed me some comparables and discussed the market at the time. She knew what people were looking for she knew right away the price I could get and she was dead on.

How did you prepare your house for showing and/or being photographed? What are your thoughts on how the open houses were handled?

As it turned out I did not have to do as much as I thought to get the house ready. Kim and her team knew exactly where to focus. It's surprising what a little attention to details can do. They kept things simple and the house looked great.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

Kim is very professionnal and personable. The negotiations went well and happen quite quickly. I sold my house in 4 days. What has the potential to be a very stressful time was actually a breeze. So glad I went with Kim, I know it was the right decision.

How did the final closing of the sale go? Looking back is there anything you would have done differently? Is there anything that Kim did that you particularly appreciated?

It was really easy and painless. Kim was honest and I really felt great that she was on my side and wanted me to get the most I could get. Thank you Kim!
