Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I first met Kim when my sister and I were looking at houses. She was an instant friend and ally. Not sure how my sister found Kim but we're very glad we did. 6 years later, I called on Kim agian to help my partner and I purchase a home together... and once again Kim was a super star, finding the perfect home and negotiating an under asking price.

Kim made the whole process easy. She first set us up with email correspondences to receive info about real estate that fit our price and interest. Any time we found a home of interest, she quickly responded and found a way to see the place within 5 days. She has a good eye for a good home and is always willing to share her wise views on the pluses and minuses of a place. You could always rely on Kim's experience and trust that she has seen a lot of houses in her career. She can quickly size up a place and find clues that reveal damages and renovations. She was always very down to earth.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

We always felt Kim was working for us and not for an ulterior motive. Both times I have worked with her to purchase a home, she was able to negotiate a fair deal and under the asking price.

What kind of guidance did Kim provide as you searched for a new home? Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

When we found our dream home, we moved quickly to sell our condo to see if we could give an offer. We are talking quickly like in 24 hours. Kim knows a lot of people and is quick to attract interested buyers. so in 24 hours we sold our condo for our asking price and were in a confidant position to buy a home for an under-asking price. We always felt we were in the drivers seat which was really nice.
