Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?
We met Kim at an Open House that we just happened to stop into on our way home from running errands. We weren't really in the market yet, but we were just starting to look around to see what was out there. She was showing a house and we looked around and then chatted with her for some time. We both immediately liked her and so we ended up meeting with her again 6 months later when we were ready to start looking for real. We interviewed a couple of agents but that initial instinct proved to be right and we chose to work with her.
What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?
We were first-time buyers and we were interested in a starter home in the west end. As Kim got to know us better, she helped us narrow down our choices by taking us to see houses that were a "good fit" for us.
