Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Our first formal introduction to Kim was when she had our neighbors house listed in 2004. Prior to that we had visited many of the open houses she had in our area. Our initial experience was professional and welcoming. She was informative and had a direct and sincere communication style.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?

She provided us with a market assessment along with a snap shot of what the overall market trend was. We were aware of the solds in the area and this allowed a communication between ourselves and Kim which allowed us to be part of setting the price.

How did you prepare your house for showing and/or being photographed? What are your thoughts on how the open houses were handled?

We did a thorough clean and got rid of all the clutter. A cleaning lady came in to do a final overall cleaning. We made sure all curtains were hung, furniture was in the right rooms without looking cluttered and that the bed linens were attractive. Flowers were purchased for the open houses. They were professional and there was info available for those interested.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

Kim acted in our best interest. Our outcome was favourable but we did expect a slightly higher offer.
