Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I was introduced to her by a friend. She immediately gained my confidence and my trust when she explained to me about the do's and don'ts of buying a house.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

It was very relaxing, informative and unpressured. I was most interested in finding a three bedroom house with an unfinished basement. She quickly brought me choices of the houses I desired, as well as, helping me to obtain a mortgage in order to purchase the house.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

I went to different mortgage brokers and was having difficulties in obtaining a mortgage, Kim advised me or told me about a mortgage company through which I was able to obtain a mortgage.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

The negotiations went well, Kim suggested an amount that we were comfortable with and she thought that they would settle for. We were able to get it at that amount.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

We were quite happy, We are still very happy.
