Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Kim was a highly recommended referral from my Interior Designer.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?

Kim instilled confidence from the very first meeting. She arrived prepared with a package of the comparables in our neighbourhood along with sample pamphlets of some of her recent listings. These allowed us to see the quality of marketing and photography that would be prepared for our home in conjunction with Kim's guidance through the process. We relied very much on Kim's market knowledge and followed her recommendation in setting the sell price.

How did you prepare your house for showing and/or being photographed? What are your thoughts on how the open houses were handled?

Our referral to Kim came from our Interior Designer so it was logical to involve her in the preparation of our home. Kim paid for the initial consultation and then we followed through on the full design and staging recommendations of the designer. The results were fantastic. In the end only an agent's open house occurred because the house was sold prior to the open houses which were scheduled to occur on the weekend. The preparation and planning of those was handled very well.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

The negotiation was very smooth and we had every confidence in Kim's handling of this aspect of the sale. The outcome exceeded our expectations.

How did the final closing of the sale go? Looking back is there anything you would have done differently? Is there anything that Kim did that you particularly appreciated?

We would not have handled any aspect of our house sale any differently. I appreciated Kim's professionalism, knowledge and guidance from the first visit to the end of the transaction. Given the choice I would never use anyone else for any future personal real estate transactions and would recommend her services to anyone.
