She stayed with me during the bidding process and walked through the contract as specific conditions were asked to be met. She helped keep me calm during a very emotional time.

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

Everything went smoothly to close the deal. She was available afterwards to answer questions. I was impressed that she followed up our deal with an acknowledgment on our move-in date, lending a personal touch to her relationships with her customers.
