Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

We actually met Kim through my mother, I believe they actually worked together. As soon as my mom called her she was their for us.(even though even at that point we had no idea what we were really going to do) It didn't matter to Kim,she was by our side regardless..there for us at anytime or any place..she was great.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

Kim always made us feel very comfortable, she never once made us feel presured into anything. Kim knew exactly what we were looking for and the price range we could afford .She listened to us..I mean really listened.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Oh Kim went above and beyond for us..She totally tried and did everything in her power to help us once we found the house we wanted.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

Kim negotiated for us amazingly...let's just say we got the house exactly for what we wanted..She assisted us throughout this whole process. I and my sister-in-law could call her anytime (and believe me we did), when we were unsure of something there she was. Kim would come to our homes to make sure our nerves were calmed. She was the best. Thank-you Kim

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

Everything went well after the deal was closed,and yes we love our new home and we enjoy it everyday..
