Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Kim was introduced to me by my banker who is also a close friend. Coming from a banking background myself he knew my expectations would be high, and had no hesitation recommending Kim. My initial experiences with Kim were extremely positive. My wife and I were impressed by her understanding of what we were looking for. Having small children, and a fast paced executive position, efficiency was critical. Kim's sense of urgency was perfect and she always responded quickly to any inquiry we had. Kim's knowledge of various markets also proved to be beneficial when both selling and buying.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision? What initial steps were you taking at this time to find your new home, and how did Kim guide you in this?

As repeat customers of Kim, we knew we were in good hands. We were focused on one specific area and left it to Kim to work within our parameters. She was able to evaluate a solid " sell" and "buy" price for us. We took a little risk by purchasing our new home first before selling our existing property. Kim had our existing property sold in 9 days with over 20+ viewings in just over a week. Amazing !! Kim also helped us close the deal on the new home purchase as there were two other competing offers at the time. We won and got the house we wanted!!

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

Kim handled the negotiations in a professional manner, getting us exactly what we wanted. We do not feel like we "settled". It was a seemless process. Being a previous client of Kim we expected this in advance and is why we decided to go back to her.

What kind of guidance did Kim provide as you searched for a new home? Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim's biggest strength here was simply her reassurance. My wife and I were spending a lot of money and wanted to be sure of what we were doing. Based on Kim's experience and knowledge of multiple residential markets, we felt at ease listening to her advice. It just helped us that much more when making our final decision.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

We were worried about losing the new home to other offers. We loved our potential new house so much we had to have it. The day the offer closed, the other potential buyers were actually sitting in the driveway of the house. Kim advised us strategically on how to handle the situation. In the end we got the home and did not overpay. Without her guidance the deal may have fell through and we would have been quite dissapointed. I have never seen my wife so happy as she is living in this house.

How did both the final sale of your old home and the purchase of your new one go? Is there anything that Kim did during the entire process that you particularly appreciated?

We greatly appreciated the effort that was made to prepare our old home to sell. Kim really took the time to make the marketing pieces first class and attract potential buyers via the layout and quality of photographs. She also did an open house the first weekend it was on the market to generate interest. Kim wanted that house sold as did we !!
