Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I met Kim when she was working with another real estate agent in my neighborhood. I liked Kim and so when I was separating with my partner we asked her to assess the market value of my house to tell us how much of this had to do with the renovations we had done. I figure i could trust her since she advised me at that time not to sell my house. When I decided to move to a smaller house four years later my house had further increased in value and I wanted Kim to be my agent.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision? What initial steps were you taking at this time to find your new home, and how did Kim guide you in this?

Kim gave me listing comparisons of similar houses to mine for sale in the last few months in my neighborhood to look at. There were two other houses on my street that went up for sale at this time which she gave me information about. The prices of other two houses determine the price and timing for selling mine. Kim gave me listings of an assortment of housesI was looking for in the different neighborhoods I was considering moving to. I found a house right away that I fell in love with.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

I feel that kim handle the transations and negotiations skillfully and with integrity. I got what I was expecting for the house.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

A lot of moral support as well as useful input as to what price to offer.

How did both the final sale of your old home and the purchase of your new one go? Is there anything that Kim did during the entire process that you particularly appreciated?

Kim gave a lot of consideration to my tenants and the stress that I had around giving them notice once I found out that the new owner wanted the house emtpy. She even came and helped me pack!
