Selling My Home Without Listing It

Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Kim was referred to me by a good friend and my initial experiences have been great. Kim is professional and yet down to earth and I was comfortable with her from the first few minutes I met her.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?

Kim again was very professional and we went through the comps in the neighbourhood and discussed the differences and came up with a mutually agreeable number, that Kim then managed to sell my house for more than what I thought I would be able to get in this market.

How did you prepare your house for showing and/or being photographed? What are your thoughts on how the open houses were handled?

Not applicable as Kim managed to sell my house before I had to list it.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

Kim handled the negotiations very professionally and I was very comfortable with her being both the buying and selling agent and that neither of us would be compromised.

How did the final closing of the sale go? Looking back is there anything you would have done differently? Is there anything that Kim did that you particularly appreciated?

I GREATLY appreciated the fact that Kim managed to sell my house before I had to list it and managed to match her buying clients with my house. Kim always made herself available for any question, no matter how insignificant and was a great help throughout the entire process.
