Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?
My wife and I were out on our own looking for a condo property. At one of the properties Kim was the sellers' agent and after looking at the property and talking to Kim we realized the value of an infomed agent doing the leg work for us
What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision? What initial steps were you taking at this time to find your new home, and how did Kim guide you in this?
Many, many listings of properties that we could afford were shown to us on paper. We told Kim what we were looking for: what was a must and what we could live without and from this Kim came up with a workable game plan and we began looking in earnest. Our new condo was found in days. As for my condo; Kim showed me recent sales in the area and in my building. We sat down and talked prices and listed for a price that would put my unit the highest sale price of that unit type in the building. It sold in a day!
How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?
Kim is on your side. We put in an offer and then a counter offer to the return. Kim finalized the deal with the numbers we gave her, saving us money from the what we would have spent.
What kind of guidance did Kim provide as you searched for a new home? Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?
Once we told Kim what we wanted she started and didn't stop until we had the condo we wanted. She worked with us on our timetable and was always ready to show us something that we wanted to see.
Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?
We had a 'do not go over this price number' and Kim knew it. We started lower and she worked and we got not our original asking price(when does that happen?) but we got the best price we could and below our 'do not go over price'.
How did both the final sale of your old home and the purchase of your new one go? Is there anything that Kim did during the entire process that you particularly appreciated?
Seamlessly Kim will handle any of my purchases and sales in the future
