Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Our neighbours who used Kim to sell their house had nothing but good things to say about Kim and her capabilities in selling their property. When we decided to sell our house, the choice was clear as to who we should use as an agent. We contacted Kim and she quickly booked an appointment to meet us and to see house.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?

When we first met Kim, she came preprared with market comparisons and past housing sales in our area. She also came prepared with the current real estate sales trends in our area. We knew we were going to make some improvements prior to listing in the spring and Kim made some great suggestions on what we should focus on rennovating. She also provided us some impactful staging ideas that would improve the potential value of our home. We completed the reonnovations and Kim reassessed the value of our home at a higher listing price than prior to the rennovations.

We gave the house a fresh coat of paint and chose a very neutral colour pallette. We de-cluttered, and de-personalized all entire house. We hung some artwork and cleaned the house from top to bottom.

The final closing went well. We sold the house in less than a week and got the closing date we wanted. Kim was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She was amazing to work with.
