Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

I first met Kim as a client in my office. She was very personable, light hearted, and easy to talk to.

What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?

She provided us with comparables of previous solds in the building but then also looked at our unit individually. We had completely renovated our unit and she guided us into a price range that considered the work we had done, location and comparables.

How did you prepare your house for showing and/or being photographed? What are your thoughts on how the open houses were handled?

Cleaned, cleaned, cleaned. Then Kim provided us with beautiful hanging baskets for the deck and flowers for the table. The open houses were done very professionally. Kim did not hesitate to spend the time necessary to conduct open houses on consecutive weekends.

How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONALLY! We had an inexperienced agent representing the buyers and Kim was firm, professional and knew the intricacies of real estate contracts. If she had not been present I would not have signed the deal. I highly recommend her.

How did the final closing of the sale go? Looking back is there anything you would have done differently? Is there anything that Kim did that you particularly appreciated?

I asked Kim to follow-up with the buyers agent who worked in the same office. I so appreciated Kim's professionalism and knowledge.
