Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?
We were referred by someone we trust. Our initial meeting with Kim put us at ease...we knew we were in good hands. Kim was professional and to the point. She listened to us and gave valuable advice right away.
What did Kim do to guide you in your market research when you were setting a price? How did you come to your final decision?
When I find a professional that I can trust I tend to follow their lead. Kim took us through a process of reviewing our home, interviewing us on features, upgrades, etc and comparing to homes in the neighbourhood. She came back with a complete package including recent sales in our area and suggestions of simple things we could do to enhance the presentation of our home.
How did you prepare your house for showing and/or being photographed? What are your thoughts on how the open houses were handled?
Kim provided expert advice and brought in a professional designer to help with staging. The end result was worth the effort. Our home showed beautifully. This was reflected in the interest we received and the final sale price.
How do you feel Kim handled the negotiation? How did the negotiations go and what had been your expectations?
kim helped us manage a situation neither of us had been through before. She gave perspective on both sides of any issue allowing us to make informed choices.
How did the final closing of the sale go? Looking back is there anything you would have done differently? Is there anything that Kim did that you particularly appreciated?
Kim has been a great help to us in what could have been a stressfull time. She helped manage each step of the process and we beleive we got maximum value for our home. Kim's approach meshed well with ours...she was thorough, professional, punctual and informative. She communicates well and does what she says she will do.
