Can you tell us how you first met Kim and about your initial experiences?

Kim was recommended to me by a close friend.

What was it like when you first started looking at properties with Kim? What were you most interested and how did Kim help you narrow down your choices?

We wanted something that needed work but had value if it was in better condition. Kim helped give us an idea of what the market in the areas we were looking had growth potential; so we knew there would be value in what we were going to own following our renovations.

Once you found a home that you were interested in, how did you proceed and what aid did Kim provide?

Kim and her associate Mike drafted all the papers and helped guide us through the whole process. Being first time home buyers we were very nervous about what we were supposed to do and Mike and Kim helped alleviate a lot of stress by guiding us through the process from beginning to end.

Tell us about how your negotiations went once you found a home you wanted. What assistance did Kim give you throughout this process?

We talked about what the magic number was to offer on the house and eventually went with a number we felt was good and we inserted a relevant condition. There were no other buyers at the time but just when we felt we had the house another buyer came in so we decided to remove all conditions and we got the house!

How did everything go once you closed the deal? Also, how have you been enjoying your new home?

It closed well and we have been enjoying and renovating our new home! We, and our little sausage dog Stanley, love it in our new house.
